Excellent breakfast, good location, helpful staff.

Beds were not the best, OK but hard and less than comfortable.

Staff was very helpful in finding things for us to do in the short time we had after arrival on the first day. Attached restaurant was very good. Location was good as a base of operations, we traveled to other areas from here and also visited sites in Thibodaux. ...read more

I was disappointed in the room and the service.

The hotel did not have a microwave, a freezer and the radio was not working I had no idea what time it was during the changing of the time.

The bath tub did not work properly and the tub looked dirty. The water took about twenty minutes to drain out of the tub. The iron was leaking water while I used it. I was glad when it was time to go. My husband was very disappointed in the room. We will not be staying in Howard Johnson in the future. ...read more

The restaurant and the pool.

Rooms was not as clean.

This hotel was nice pool and restaurant was great rooms not as clean as you would expect them to be. Needs work in bathrooms we move to another room do to not being clean hair in floor and tub. Nothing. Not even rest well at all!

Mattress was like sleeping on concrete.

It took too long to check in, very inexperienced clerk, no remote controls in 3 rooms that we changed to. It reminded me of most of the India owned Hotels, Dumpy run down, not at all a clean appearance looking I rate a dump! ...read more

Location to the college.

Smelly room mold on shower curtain no hot water for hours on one of the days.

While the staff was fine, on our check out day they had turned the hot water off without notice and we were supposed to check out at 12:00 but was delayed showering for several hours.

Not much.

Room was musty; mouthwash had been used and not replaced.

Hotel is in great need of a complete refurbishment. Rooms are musty, beds are very uncomfortable, and pillows are like cinder blocks. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

It was clean and the staff was very professional,
I liked the room very much.

Had to walk a ways for the ice machine because one of the doors was locked which lead to the machine on the outside where
I was at.
